We would like to introduce our achievements in the development of automatic insert systems. We established a fully automated production system for insert molding through the introduction of vertical injection molding and an automatic insert supply system robot (joint development with a manufacturer). In the second generation, we achieved automation of precision insert molding, and in the third generation, we realized simultaneous two-axis insertion and a consistent finishing process.
